Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within 29 days of the scheduled service will forfeit their entire deposit.

  • Client acknowledges that upon booking, all services, personnel, and resources are reserved exclusively for Client. If Client cancels the project or service within seven (7) business days of the scheduled project or service start date, Client shall forfeit one hundred percent (100%) of the total invoiced amount. No refunds, credits, or offsets shall be issued under any circumstances. This forfeiture constitutes liquidated damages and is agreed by the parties to be a reasonable estimate of losses incurred due to scheduling commitments, preparation, and opportunity costs. Payment of any invoice constitutes Client’s acceptance of this Cancellation Policy and all related terms.

  • No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service.

2. Refund Policy: 

  • Product Returns: Products purchased can be returned within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be processed within 60 days of receiving the returned item.

3. Exceptions:

  • Certain services or products may be non-refundable. Please inquire before purchase or booking if you have any questions.
