Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

• Standard Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within 29 days of the scheduled service will forfeit their entire deposit.

• No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service.

2. Refund Policy: 

• Product Returns: Products purchased can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

3. Exceptions:

• Certain services or products may be non-refundable. Please inquire before purchase or booking if you have any questions.
